prety useless effect. i mean really whats the point of draining 80 mana from a level 65+ caster?

Its a pity that some dont think on a bigger scale - sure this is only 80mana but in a raid of 72 peeps if several peeps are draining mana even at 80 each then in a long fight that QUICKLY adds up. 5 * 80 = 400. IF done 5 times again = 2k mana. Doesnt take much

And I suppose you only fight lvl 65+ mobs then...
i can think of alot of reasons to drain 80 mana froma lvl 65 mob. one thing is mobs dont have endless mana they have about the same amount of mana as you or i do at lvl 65 so if you have a mob chain casting like most caster mobs do and your weapon procs 5 times that 400 mana less he will have to cast CH .
mini named mobs in BoT are notorious for channeling gate but if you proc enough and your chanter drains their mana enough on top of your procs they dont have any mana to cast gate with.
