I think the 'Embrace of the Kelpmaiden' effect is not a 'true snare' in the sense of the druid and ranger snare spells. It is simply a movement slow. In other words it doesn't seem to deadstop/snare the mob at very low hp but allows the mob to still move at a decreased speed up to death.

It will stop at a lower health percentage because it doesn't snare for as large an amount.

We picked 1 up for a BeastLord friend. I watched as it procked, then as mob hit 20% health, turn to run away, mob "walked" a few steps, then stopped at 10% health, then died. It did happen very fast. We did pick up a 2nd later on, so I will be testing it out more with my Beastlord & will update with more information as I find out for sure, if it "stops" mob at 20%, 10% or just slows down the death walk ? ! ! !
