Research trivial 432:
Same recipe as Spell: Concussive Burst Rk. II except using the rough spell tablet necessary for level 81 spells.

Guild mate of mine got a copy of this off a bat in Oceangreen Hills. Which means it probably drops off any of that mob type (wolves, bears, fire beetles), including infected animals.
