40 hits is not allot you need to think with 20 delay weps at 200% haste for 10 sec with a max of 6 hits a round that's 60 hits + 3-6 kicks and 3 whorl of first that's about 70 hits in 10 sec if everything goes perfectly witch will probably never happen but I can see hitting 35-40 with no problems.
So even with just double attack and no kicks no whorl of fist there are your 40 attacks.

85 warrior here. I hit this disc and it lasts for 10 seconds. would be nice to hit through defense for another 8 seconds.My delay on weapons is 24 if that helps.

I was trying to decipher the difference between this and Rk2. They both have the same description and duration, so I looked at the raw spell data and noticed that the only difference is in the field "numhits". For Rk1 it's 35 and for Rk2 it's 40. Since this applies to skill hits, even with maxed Master Wu, hitting Wheel/Whorl, and using stun/cripple/eye gouge I don't think you're going to have close to that many skill attacks in 3 ticks. Probably the Rk1 is just as good as the Rk2.
