Does this work to just reduce max hp? does it cause monsters to drop to 1hp? or will it outright kill them, becuase if you can cast this on mobs and then tag around a super low level and just have em one shot reds all day, this could be far and away the fastest power leveling method out there

the spell reduces the max hp of the mob by 4,400 for 5 ticks. i just got the spell the other day
