Chantertime sorry but your wrong it DOES work on DoT spells for DoT classes as long as the spell has a DD portion when cast aka like most dots in game they have a INITIAL DD portion to the spell which allows the twincast aura to effect that, the tick dots do not get effected by twincast however.
This description belongs under the Aura of Horror (level 79).
What this particular aura does is give your group's members, including the Enchanter, a 10% chance of performing a Twincast (0that is, a nuke landing twice, along with your Mana Reiterate strikes, if applicable) with every nuke. To get the most benefit out of this aura during your raid, the Enchanter should be grouped with heavy nukers only, such as Magicians, Wizards, and/or Druids.
Twincast does not work on DoTs and is useless to DoT classes.
Auroria Mastery, an Enchanter exclusive ability will allow the Enchanter to maintain 2 auras at once, and is useful with this spell, as the Enchanter can maintain this aura, along with the Mana Reiterate Aura for some truly amazing DPS.
