took my rangers HP from around 34k to 38k short duration - u still need healing if mobs can quad for 4 x 6,5 k. IS it sold by normal vendor ??? dropped if so off what and where?

Query to be tested: Is it actually inaccurate, or does it hit lower-level PCs for a smaller amount? (I'll have to test and come back as soon as I find a level 61 PC. :p)
