A 3 second heal which heals about as much as the original complete heal, that was a 10 second cast, and comes with ailment cures (disease, poison, curse). Pretty sweet, but of course it must be payed for somehow and that comes in the form of over 1600 mana, four times the mana cost of complete heal. But the much quicker cast outweighs all other factors, especially with the insane Wis and Mana gear made available with the last several expansions. Of course, with the exponential increase in melee hit points the last several years, spells like "Complete Heal" are becoming only "half heals," "one-third heals," "one-quarter heals," or worse.
