I know I'm looking forward to it: will be great for initially snaring your quad, if your harmony pull didn't work and they're all running at you. Then you can ensnare at your leisure in that 1.8 minutes, without trying to root, or running and snaring, in which case I've often lost one of the quad mobs due to distance and have to go back for him.

I love this spell it is grate in the grey i use it to pull iksar mobs from the middle of the map. i ensnare a packed grup then pull them to the side of zone and all ads i disregard and gate to the zone line in SD then zone back in and ther is my mobs ware i left them but most other mobs will will go back 2 ther spawn points but be sure to pull mobs close to zone line so when u zone back in u dont have a long walk.

This spell is a Target AE that hits a max of 5 mobs. It also does not last nearly as long as Ensnare. I obtained this spell and Was Duel Quad-Kiting some Wyverns. I simply hit 8 of them, then cast this spell (expecting it to Ensnare 4 of them and leave 4 coming at me.) Well, 5 were snared, so I snared the next 3 and tried to re-group them to start normal kiting. But before I could regroup them, the first batch of 5 broke their snare and came at me again. I tried again later and only pulled 4 this time. However, the Snares broke before I could completely kill them all and they did not all break exactly at the same time... Not a very helpful spell at all... =(

It is a very helpful spell when it is used for what it is designed for. If your group is overwhelmed by mobs on a bad pull, this can be cast so your group can pull back and regoup or zone if necessary. It can save your groups skin, especially if you have kept SoW on the group. =)
