With 160% brass resonance my 65 bard on Agnarr gets 90 hps damage per tick from this song, which is very nice since it's one of the few bard dots that lasts a whole minute. I guess "calculated to max level"
means 5 damage at 60, when you get this song, calculates up to 35 at level 65, because 35 x 2.6 ~ 90. I don't understand that logic, though. In short, assume bard songs tend to produce much better results than shown here in terms of their base stats.

This song IS enhanced by brass insturments. At level 60 with Troubadour's Mace, it blocks a ranger epic slow (50%) from sticking (just the DOT sticks from the ranger). the 1.8 mod on the mace makes this slow 55% at level 60.
