Recast on this Spell is 10 minutes Real Time. Keep that in mind. Also you are stunned for 10 seconds immediately following cast so make sure you are in a safe place :). At Level 34 with 1900 mana it restores just under half a bulb of mana when cast. Basically great for getting back your buff mana.
