This spell can be purchased in FV from Brackin Nartoise. She only sells the lvl 51 & 57 pets no others. Not sure about OT as I can not go into the Outpost =(.

My new pet hits for 70 with the master of earth elemental weapon. I have seen him tripple hit for 70 at times. Has around 3200hp unbuffed. I am liking it so far:)
