Rank 1 works, it's just barely noticable. It reduces spell damage by 3%, up to a cap of 500 damage. You'd need a 16.6k ae just to make full use of the AA.

Rank 2 doesn't work. It's supposed to set the damage cap to 800, which requires a 26.6k AE to even take advantage of. About the only way I know to test is to suicide against DT mobs.
