it means the spell only works on NPCs which are flagged as plants...

700dmg is huge for only 250 mana. It is plant only, but in some areas plants are what you mostly fight. Plane of Nightmare mobs is loaded with treant trees, if you ever aggro kite there you'll be glad you have this. im sure there are other good zones with plants that i will come across, but intill then, at least I have spell ready in my spellbook. I ran across nec other day that said he wished he got this spell because we were fighting shrooms.

Trents in PoN love this one, one of the better nukes a necro gets, too bad it's plant only.
