Force of Will I  

Force of Will is a wizard AA ability, which can be learned starting from lv75.
In short words, its an nearly instant cast magical direct damage ability with 20sec recast time.
It doesn't use mana and can be resisted as spells also.
Damage from 950(tier1) to 2950(tier9), each tier takes around 7 AA to achieve.

In my opinion, this can only be used for pulling(long range) or farming low level mobs.
Too much AA for too small effort, and this can't save you when you run out of mana.
Not suggest to take this ability unless you have too much AA for wasting.
