I use this spell on occassion, but it is resisted way to much to depend on it all the time. You pretty much need to use a scent line spell first before using this thing or you get too many resists to take up one of your precious 8 spell slots. While a nice spell when it hits, I think you will find you wont use it that often.

I'd say that it really depends on what mobs you're after. I've used this in Dulak for a few weeks and have never had it resisted. Not once. And I'm not using any debuffs - just dooming, pet, fear, CoC, sit.
If the mobs you're fighting have high disease resistance then, no, this spell won't be of much use. I really like the combination of AC debuff and damage for fear kiting on the Dulak docks, though.

u can find this in OT, go talk to the Erudite vendor in the big circle of casters in the middle of the outpost. i just bought it yesterday.

Let me say this again I have been to the cities that they mention up above and still have not found them. The only thing I can think of ios that I am not going to the right vendor.
