This spell and the fire based spell that has the same effect ( ignite Bones ). You be surprised how often others will freak once this has been cast on a mob.
Take a giant for instance, this spell and the other 1 will reduce the size of the mob to a human skeleton, which makes the tank needing to move forward to attack. As for the stun effect not really seen it work on any mobs.
It is a neat way to get peoples attention though. :)

Does the stun only work on mobs up to lvl 55? If so, not of much use since you get the spell at lvl 55. Cold damage is nice though.

0.00 second stun, which means you get the chance to interupt a mobs casting if you manage to last this, unfortunately, you also get the agro

Aye it is less damage but its a cold based DD. Our first one actually. Could really come in handy against certain mobs.
