Since Firiona Vie is Evil where can good races buy there spells from now
when you zone into the FV zone, use the Find command to find the soulbinder in the zone. that's where the good NPC's and vendors have moved to in the zone. It's almost directly across from the tunnel to the DL and PoK stone.
