No, it formerly restored Stamina (the yellow bar that existed before endurance), but since the changeover it lost that functionality entirely. Though the ingame description was never updated.

the spell description says...Grants your target a quickness of mind and body... does that mean its a spell haste and a melee haste or mana regen and hp regen?

1: See Invisible(1)
2: Ultravision

which means, You can See Invisible (type 1 Invisible, not SoS, which requires See Invisible(2)) creatures, and have better night vision (Ultravision). It may have originally had Invigor type of effect on it, but Invigor (1: Decrease Stamina Loss by 35) type effects no longer do anything, and thus the description part about greatly increased stamina regeneration.

waaaaay backin the day, well, ok, not that long ago, your stamina bar dictated your special attacks and combat abilities.

thus, this spell did indeed regen that sta. however, with the introduction of endurance, sta regen is pointless.

i keep my claws crossed inhope one day SOE wakes up and changes it to endurance regen--then maybe beasts will have a role in raids again.

BST's have a role, DPS, call me when SOE stops nerfing Druids... I could write a commercial or something --Druids, constanly being nerfed since 1999--. (most recent nerf was the dmg of our dots was reduced for longer cast time... yay now my dots won't ware off until AFTER the snare).

Does this spell have a set time for the invis? Or does it drop at odd times like the cloudy potions?

I love Beasty Buffs. Just not this buff!

I do not notice it until after my buff bar is full and I miss something good like a mana buff.

Please just ask first who would like to have see invso/Ultra. Don't assume the Warrior, Cleric , Monk etc...type classes need see invso at 60+. 90% of those classes have items, augs, for that by 60. If they don't most ask for it.

Why? Because 15 slots go fast with the rest of your wonderful buffs.

Rather than hoping to get lucky in Chardok or Old Sebilis find yourself an INT caster with high research skill and hand them:
