I know now that today, gaining faction with Fang Breakers is fairly quick. There are several quests right at the faction camp involving the goblins and they are close by. Completion of a few of those and we've noticed that faction rises steadily without running all over the zone.

Derak Fangbreaker in Loping Plains sells this spell for 1465pp 1gp 2cp.

You will need ally faction. Took me roughly 30 solo missions and one group mission to make Ally.
