Found this spell on Eyon Swougius in East Freeport on FV, along with level 57 pet spell. Zone in through North Ro. Go left along the wall. You will see the town Crier. She is with a couple of other merchants. Quite a few spells on her and the others.

Can also be purchased off Ardtia Aughsan in Abysmal Sea.

I have located Arial Fern, due to a GM event F.V. docks has been envaded. Do not know if this will be for good or just for now. He is located at the Eastern Outpost on the east wall of Firiona Vie. Need to go down a long corridor into an island like place, he is in south end in field.

he is located in the outpost on the far east of FV zone as are all the spell vendors that used to be located in FV (town)

Has F.V. been changed for good or is this a GM?
Went there today trying to get this spell was killed! Went back after rez and all merchants are gone and the bank also. Where is Arial now?
Is there somewhere else to get these spells that he sold? Also Druid epic NPC gone too!

tryed to goto fv today was filled with giants and dark elfs cond dark blue to me at 63 is there any other way to get this spell?

Well as a 63 ranger I love this spell!
So long as you don't expect to use this spell often then you'll think of it as I do - a great little toy.
Having just moved to fighting in BoT, around a fifth of the pulls will be elementals, and there are many others throughout the game. This spell fits in perfectly between arching meaning that I'm doing an EXTRA 725 damage from each cast.
The main problem is it drains a fair chunk of mana, but often groups have so much mana regen that it doesn't matter in practice.

What is the point of this spell? The level 52 Char is higher dps and not limited to target type. Aside from the -50 to resist this spell it is less effecient than either char or scars.
IMO it should do around 900 damage or cost around 175 mana.
On another note why the hell do druids get this a level before mages?

I didnt do all the math, but just by glancing shouldnt this be better casting time or something to bring Mages more up to speed with dealing with elementals?
The reason I say is because frankly those other classes that focus their lethality on one particlar type of monsters, like pallys with undead and druids with animals, due so in a very dominant fashion. Im sure that in the later game Mages can dominate elementals and the like very well, but my 55 mage Qilin doesnt dominate them any more so than any other character I feel. Plus how many places are there 55+ where I would take this spell in a spell slot over my other DD spells up to now? Does the magic resist on this spell really make it worh it?
