Ok, I'm confused. if the Rk I and Rk II both last for the same amount of time and do the same amount of damage, yet the Rk II costs more mana to cast... what would be the point of getting the Rk II?

Also drops off a Bloodmoon ambusher captain, who spawns for The Daring Rescue quest given by Babeliyna. She is located inbetween the first two tents at zone in from Steamfont Mountain.

RK I dropped in Loping Planes last night from an Orc. Procs 440 dmg, our Beastlord had Crit procs of 880. The durration is noticablly less than Panther Rk. II.

Thats because panther rk.2 lasts for 6 ticks aswell does the rk.2 version of this spell.
