Found it today on Fippy TLP server, after Kunark, On Qeynos Catacombs vendor. While you're there, pick up Scent of Dusk, too, the catacombs are a PITA to get to from Paineel.
Does not seem to be on TLP server as of today.
Peku Croxe is East Freeport certainly doesn't appear to have it.
It does, based on other posts, appear to be a spell that was added much later.
Anyone playing TLP find it on another vendor?

Did not find this spell on the Neriak vendor Misal S'Kor on the TLP Fippy.
Same here,
Apparently, this is a Kunark spell so it won't be available on the progression servers until they unlock Kunark.

This can also be found on Heretic Edalith (the same vendor that has Lesser Summon Corpse) in the Plane of Knowledge. Sold for the same prace as most other lvl 12 spells. Just so you know.
does it stack with other dots? (poison and disease)

This is a DOT that takes 8hp from the mob and gives it to you. sorta like a heal over time. interesting thing is even after the mob is dead this spell continues to work till the spell itself wears off.
