I recently removed a 10 CE ring and noticed tha this does not process as often as it used too. Am I imagining this or was I improperly advised that this spell is unaffected by combat effects?

the proc on this spells is extremely usefull, i would say it's a must, especially when you are messing around killing lower lvl stuff for quests and such, this proc not only has a 344dmg proc, but sometimes it'll proc a defensive buff that is basically a 12 sec WS
