Can be obtained by doing faction in DH for ladies of light....quests can be obtained in SI tower. Faries offer faction for kills as do the brownies. Name of NPC that sells the spells is Seridyn. >>> PALLYS MUST HAVE ALLY FACTION TO SEE SPELL FOR SALE <<<
