That version of the dagger is cursed. It is not until after you complete the 9th ring that you get the real version of this dagger. This time it will proc a 150dd (about) cold based spell.

Is this supposed to be a joke? The only thing this weapon does is make me spin right round baby right round... like a record baby. The effect doesn't work on a target and its pure boneristic!!!
