Hehe, this is a huge waste of time is what it is... Speed Focus is still a better disc, and since they're linked... well, can use this crap if you don't have a bard on raids I suppose. I'm not even buying it though.

You must be insane!!! Speed focus is a disc that is rarely ever used by most monks. You do SOOOO much more dmg with this disc it's insane, and combined with wheel of fists ( if you time it right you get 2 off) it's massive dps. I'd rather hit harder and crit for 2k than 800. They just need to update our epics now to drop the reuse timer
lol speed focus , yep as casspaus said , monks' brust dps usually come from disc combine , that's rookie monk never know , this disc combie can give 16k max for me as 1 hit , and u got 3 x 16k in chance (have yet to seen one yet , but that's possible for almost 50k a round and u can have 2 chance to preform that)
If you know the best damage of monk comes from the skill combination, then you won't underestimate speed focus.
Nowadays, many of monk gears gives short term offensive proc, and speed focus pair with them perfectly.
Crystalpalm disc is still the most powerful skill modifier for monks in 2011.
But since epic 2.0 doesn't reduce the reuse time of it, and costs much more endurance than Innerflame.
I usually use Crystalpalm over Innerflame during boss encounters only.
If the fight lasts more than 10 mins, Innerflame will still be the better choice when you got epic 2.0

No, the epic reuse timer reduction focus only applies to Innerflame.
