i use this spell when i set my pet army out. usualy get 2 or 3 casts off, and it can crit individualy on the 7 targets

spell description on this is:
burns your target with a bolt of prime elements. The bolt is magnified by nearby summoned creatures, causeing damage dependent on how many pets are attacking your target.

Dropped in the Grangol gobby camp. On spell says increases in strength when summoned creatures are nearby the more summoned the more damage =)
