My Mage hit 80 today but could not mem Monster Summoning VI.

The yellow message is
[ Your ability to use this spell tier has been limited because you do not have have at least a gold membership ]

yes, Mage account is silver membership.
But weird, there's no [ Prestige ] in spell description, how come need gold membership to mem?

From the November 6th, 2013 Patch Notes:
Monster Summoning VI and Summon Elemental Ore can now be scribed and cast by Free or Silver members.

Ok it seems this pet is level 75 when cast....Enhanced Minion works on it, with EMVI it was level 79, as opposed to 81+ pets which are level 84 with EMVI....The max damage I think was around 430, and my 81 air pet hits max 457. It would have been nice to have a MS spell at 85 =/

not sure if the pet is bugged or whatnot from the above post... but i see him naturally cast prism strike(which im guessing procs the prism skin buff) and also bull rush rk.II.

Can anyone confirm or deny that this pet is bugged? Someone was telling me yesterday that the lvl 80 monster summoning has been bugged since Beta and is still waiting to be fixed. I havn't noticed anything wrong with him, from my experience he's better then Air in both DPS and Hp's. I was just curious if anyone else has heard anything about him being bugged?

Need to be Kindly Faction with Ladies of the Light to be able to purchase this spell. It was around 1400 plat. NPC: Seridyn. Zone: Dragonscale Hills. Loc: Tower with all the fairies surrounding. (the tower you zone into from the GH teleport) She is up the spiral stair case, second from the top.
