for those who hate factioning, this is one of the most easy ones to get faction for, all you have to do is repeatedly do the three farm tasks and your faction will be kindly in no time, the tasks are repeatable and have no lockout timers

You can get this spell by increasing your Ak'anon strike Force V faction in Dragonscale to kindly. You can check this faction at the automated vending unit located by the cannon in the NE corner of the zone.
