This spell has agro'd friendly mobs in the area when the rune goes off and blasts an AE stun! Much better off using Opalescent Rune to absorb damage than this "oh, crap!" rune. And when the mobs you agro are unmezzable, you are well and totally screwed.

I'd use this rune only as a distraction/self-sacrifice so your mates can zone away from the mess.
