On kill shot, procs Inferno Harvest which increases spell critical hit chance by 40% and spell critical damage by 10%.

In game = Spell Effect: Ignite's your target's skin, doing between 2656 and 2656 damage. This spell will only effect a target that is below 35 percent health. If your target is slain by this spell, you will gain a bonus to critical spell chance for a brief time. You can't cast this on a mob that has more then 35% of its health. It won't let you.
