This is the first of the druid attack debuff line of spells. They are very helpful in reducing mob's melee DPS, kind of like how shammys can slow a mob to reduce DPS.

Except that debuffs don't work on mobs in EQ. You're thinking about any other game that debuffs actually work.

this seems to be a upgrade to the flame lick spell. does it require a fire bettle eye also or has that been taken away with the upgrade.

Went to Velks with a raid party hoping to pick up
this spell. What a mess! Spiders all over the place, people dying, getting rezzed, losing buffs while waiting and waiting. My conclusion....Buy IT at the Bazaar! Got mine for 30pp at the Bazaar.
