Umm... this is the upgrade to Rallied Aegis of Vie... a cleric group rune type spell.

With luck this is a new Divine Intervention for us, long overdue if you ask me.

I think it was an npc only spell. Like when they gate, and suddenly get a good chunk of health back instantly.
No one has been able to confirm though.

Look at the cast time - this is just a super-light emergency heal. Bit like dire renewal.

Good point, that would still make it a useful spell, albeit not quite as good as a new DI.
