Seems some people are looking at this at face value.

I got the RK 2 pretty cheap, it's recourse group haste is 24 seconds shorter than Celerity which is 16 min unfocused.

Celerity = 50% haste 185 mana per cast. for whole group (i know some may not need haste but humor me) total is 1116 mana and its a total cast time of 48 seconds not counting refresh. (and could be more if your hitting pets with it)

RK 2 of this spell is 858 mana, hits whole group in a 6.5 sec casting time (great for if in battle already) and hits your pet with its big buff at the same time. Less mana, less time wasted and hits up to 12 if all have pets with pet affinity.

According to Lucy, rk 1 recourse is 10 min max, rk 12 min and rank 3 is 14 min max. I have tested and my armor focus doesn't effect this, but my rk 2 is 15:36 over 12 min on Lucy so i assume AA do have an affect, or it was changed. Either way, 858 mana for a group haste is good enough for me and my mana pool wouldnt be affected much by it.

And a PS to an earlier post. Group will resist it if they already have shammy haste anyways. that just means no need to cast it every few min.

It lasts for 16 minutes with the right gear and aa's. If you're in a group with no shammy/ench this spells becomes pretty useful. I could really care less about the mana cost, I dont run out of mana too often anyways, but I do get annoyed by standing around for 2 minutes trying to hit everyone up with my single target ghetto haste.

I say be happy with what we got. =)

I posted on the SoE dev boards about this already...

It has a group haste component, that lasts 12 minutes with 35% extension.
Completely useless dual effect, I hope they fix this soon. It gets resisted by everyone in the group most of the time, it annoys them, it annoys me.

12 minute haste for 757 mana, So I'm going to cast a spell that lasts 79 minutes on my pet every 12 minutes so the group haste can be refreshed?

That sounds like Bull*hit to me, It needs to be separated from the pet haste, and the timer needs to be extended for this group haste to be of any use to anyone.

So when you cast this spell on your pet, it hits everyone in the group including your pet if you have the right AA's with the same exact spell but it has a different haste icon, the same icon as Celerity. It lasts 12 minutes with my 35% ext. torch. This has got to be the lamest attempt at a group haste spell I've ever seen. Thanks Sony, how about you just take a Sh*t on my face while you're at it?
