this is an effect on an item from a cleric quest in kaladim. only useable by clerics and uses summoned water as a component.

Ok, I do't get it, if only clerics can do the quest and use it. Why is it coming up as a magician's spell for level 4, summoning? Explain to ignorant mage here. =)

Is anyone going to add any info about most of the Mage Spells? Most of them only give stats, and not what it does exactly. Is there anothe web site that would tell me?
