As an "evil" human cleric, worishper of Bertoxxulous, where can I find this spell?
NOTE: I am KoS to neriak guards and haven't been able to get in to check my con in the cleric guild. (For clarity's sake...I have not done anything to lower my neriak faction)
This question also applies to complete heal and my resurrection spells.
Are we just screwed and doomed to pay lowbies extra to retrieve our spells for us?

Why don't you try your own cleric guild or PoK?

quick and dirty way of getting spells in places you cant go....create a toon that's home is in that city...put the plat in your shared bank, get the spell with the small toon and put the spell in your shared bank...get it out with your other toon...very very simple
I use this spell a lot. I mean I use this spell almost every 3 min. When Mob drops down to the teens % health. Divine Arbitration 2 + Word of Healing = Entire Group 100%. Multi crit heals only add to your legendary status as a NEW AGE HEALER !

Please Note upgrade to most all Word of ... Spells. More healing for less mana.
