Blinding Luminance  

Against mobs this isnt the most practical spell you can use, Its more like instead of blinding em it just makes em near sighted, they will attack you if they bumb into you, But against other players this spell is fun ), Unless they have a good idea of what they are doin and cast usin Alt, odds are they will panic, and even if they are castin with Alt, you can go invis, so they loose taget, pop behind em root, DoT, Invis or blind em again..and wait, I always have this spell when im dueling
