I don't know when they made the change but I noticed that this spell along with the fast cast line of Paladin spells now use a target type that casts the spell on the target if friendly or the target's target if targeting a hostile. I suppose that makes it something like "Friendly or Hostile Target's Target".

Not that much for a group heal like that with the low mana cost
In case anyone reads this, this is not a group hot.
And for the other comment. Pally heals are never really mana effeciant. But with buff extension aa's and the right focus, you can squeeze another 2 ticks of healing. That and healing boon aa's almost make hot's worth it.
