Blessing of Resurrection  

Lots of classes get AA versions of spells: Invis, levitate, slow. The main reason for getting them is to have easy access to the ability without having to swap spells. In this case the ability is also faster to cast. While Epic might be easy to get, it is surely a lot harder then getting a few AA points and buying this.

And cast time matters. Having this may make a huge difference in a hard fight, 3 sec you might be able to fit in between heals to battle rez someone, where 7 or 10 seconds is likely going to get your tank killed.
