Dirge of the Sleepwalker I  

I'm not so certain that the Memblur portion of this AA is only a 30% chance.

Either I've gotten lucky the last five times I've used it, or... this is a 100% chance to memblur on successful use of the ability.

I'll post more when I play with it more in tighter situations.

Okay, after further use and playing around with it I've determined in an unofficial way that the blur effect of this mezz lands with 100% certainty every time you use it provided that the mob you are using it on cannot give you experience, and provided that the mob you are targeting can be Mezzed at all.

Grey-conning mobs took the mezz and blur portion of the effect every time and lost all agro to me.

Anything green or better it does appear that there is a 30% chance that the Memblur will function, not bad really, but not reliable.

The mezz itself is fantastic. 1.2 minute duration and harder to resist than our Rk.III mezz. Wonderful for use in a pinch, and handy for splitting stubborn mobs.
