I just got this item from killing Vulak-Aer in ToV during Velious on Mangler. So this CAN drop prior to Luclin. It does not move a mob at all. It is very difficult to get resisted cause of the -1000MR but the issue is it has a LONG recast time after use. It is only good for keeping 1 mob mezzed at a time imo whereas Song of Twilight lvl 55 mez has no cool down.

Simple question, does this also push or pull?

Also, if you have a slot for it, song of dawn is amazing. I can dot a mob 40%, sing 4 pulses of song of dawn, and they will fight the charmed mob rather than chasing me.

When I am CC, I always try to find a slot for Song of dawn - it goes ahead of the twist for wakeup.

According to the raw spell data the pushback=0 should mean no push associated with this.

I play on BB i was after this for a long time for pvp, before i realised it was only up to 59 so its no good for 65 vs 65 :(

The level restrictions don't apply to PvP fights.
In english, this song will work on LvL 65 players and is a unresistable mez. The single only drawback to this song is that you have to recast it ever 18 seconds as it has a refresh like that of our 52% slows
Mem blur!

Ok for those of you who were complaining about the lvl restrictions, they do suck for this song, BUT we get a 40% mem blur that sticks with it! Now 40% aint all that great, but let me tell you, when stupid tanks break a mez on you in the middle of a fight and suddenly you are taking large amounts of damage, we bards tend to die rather quickly. At least it would probably be enough that if a tank hit the mob a few times before you mezzed it it would aggro on him instead.
Happy Mezzing

Kinda stinks, this is a very rare song as is the lvl 58 mez. They both have crappy level restrictions. Its as if SOE decided that bards lose their ability to mez stuff for a few levels.
Twilight doesnt work on mobs > lvl 56, we have to find these rare ones till we get the lvl 62 mez that also has crappy lvl restrictions. But finally at 65 we get a nice song that works on mobs up to lvl 67, quite nice.

wow, awesome.... i ll probably never see it trough... -1000 resist check on a mez would be crazy on a pvp server
