Is it just me or everytime this thing procs it heals me for 31 points of damage. Ive been knoticeing this for a while now and im level 53 it always procs for 31 points of damage and stuns them(if the target is stunable) and then heals me for 31 points of damage..... Im just trying to confirm this if anybody know plz let me know. I use this in secondary and Legendary dagger of might in primary... none of the procs say heal so thought i would check it out with the other rogues outthere.....
