although I'm not certain, I think it may represent effects of the spells which lucy dosen't recognize. if you check here, i have a screenshots of all the spells when they were still in their beta form.

I don't know if this spell has had it's effects changed, but you'll notice on that list that This spell is also a snare and AC debuff. the snare and AC debuff aren't mentioned here or on lucy, so maybe the lifeshard line represents those effects?

I use this spell alot in barren coast and there is no apparent snare effect....seems just a straight undead nuke....perhaps ac goes down..dont know, unnoticeable at least....these higher level undead dont run to be snared anyway and lower levels die too quickly to notice../shrug....another crappy spell from the developers only usable on undead....where is OUR yaulp VIII?

The lifeshard has a chance to decrease AC and gives in increase to melee damage on the undead. This also works for slays. I did a 16448 slay on a mob in Frostcrypt which hit for about 18103 thus a 10% increase to damage

I bought this spell on The Buried Sea zone for 100 doubloons from Haolon Griere (Blacksail Smugglers Merchant) located at 405,3270,310. Says on spell it's for lvl 71. I am lvl 74 and use it frequently. /shrug

Edit - This used to be listed under lvl 75 spells for Paladins
