Just an upgrade to mana weave, 25% of the time it'll proc a buff to your song window that'll increase your next nuke anywhere from 1-100% with a stacking focus. 1% of the time (or so they say) it'll proc another buff that is a negative focus to your next few ticks worth of nukes 50% or so. You get these spells with new currency and faction in TBS.

What is the recourse affect all about?
try looking the spell up on eqplayers.. they give the actual in game description of the spell which helps

So doesn anyone know where to find this spell? Seems like each level has a spell that is not sold on the vendor, is their a quest? Where does it start? TBS? TSS?
Is this spell currently in the game, or is it for the new expansion coming out in Febuary?

... my necro has a tap for plant only that has a chance to create a lifeshard as this one does ... every onve in a while i will get a green shard in my cursor ... its like a 1100 hp heal when you target something and right click it :D i may be wrong on hte amount :D but it is not stackable as our other necro spell Soul Orb :(

What is this lifeshard proc abpout? I just went thoigh a bunch of new spells I've never seen have a post for each would like some info as to where they are found.
