It went into the system just over a month ago, between expansions. We've seen this accidentally happen before with Beta spells being caught by Lucy, so this is probably the case.

The 71/72 spells drop at Oaks camp in Direwinds.
I have spent weeks camping there for Spells, and experience.
Although Ive seen almost every 71/72 Rk.II spell/song/ and tome drop there this spell has been noticably absent.

I've seen a Bst. spell "fever spike" drop only twice since TSS came out. Perhaps these spells have also been out all along and are just Ultra rare drops. I know for a fact they are not on vendors.........I've tried them all:)
