The game description for this AA line is incorrect.
Correct one is:
Arcane Overkill adds a chance for you to gain mana back when you score a killing strike with a spell. Rank one through six increase your chance by 10% each rank while additional ranks increase the amount of mana returned by Arcane Overkill.
