The potions of Windspeed have the effect "Spirit of the Mist Wolf" and the descripition on the potion says it also grants invisibility.

Cant find the invisibility part of this you reference above..in neither Allahs NOR LUCYS ....where did you see it casts Invis on the target as well??? LUCYS hasn't anything on it, in any form, and the item threads at the quest, and the potion link haven't any such INVIS reference... AM I JUST BLIND??? thanks for the help...:)

I think what he is saying is that the in-game description on the item says it grants invisibility, but the spell actually does not. So, you're not missing anything nor are you blind. SoE just has an incorrect description (surprise, surprise...) on the item.
