Unfortunately the message is the same for both Gift of Mana (restricted to level 70 spells, or less) and Gift of Radiant Mana (spells up to 75.) You have to hover mouse over the icon (or use a UI which shows buff names) to know which is up.

Note that both can be up at the same time, too....
