Has anyone tried giving the rogue pet a high-damage piercer to see if it enables them to backstab for more? How about a slasher to see if they can use it and still backstab?

I go this from the OT quest never seen it drop, but that doesnt mean it doesnt. Turned in Trall of bones and got this spell, could also be random return, but both times i turned in Splurt I got Sacrafice. /shrug

Got a copy off either a guardian wurm or and ancient wurm in the GD caves tonight. They also dropped Enticement of Flame (Wiz 44 spell). Now if only they dropped the 39's I'd be thrilled.

I looted this Elemental Maelstrom spell off "a cobalt drake" in Cobalt Scar. This is one of a few different level 44 spells that drop sometimes from these drakes.
